The training process in-houseTraining needs assessments: When you hire us to train your staff in-house we start by conducting a thorough training needs analysis through interviews with managers and staff. We will establish a clear idea of where the delegate is currently and what they need to do to achieve their ideals. We then establish clear objectives of our service and accountable targets with managers. After each course delegates are given specific tasks to complete in their working lives. At the next session we review the real life experiences and see how everyone's ideas were used practically. Post course: Each course comes complete with training manuals and coaching notes to help line managers to continue the development. At this stage we can also offer a raft of personalised services from assessments to post course work from simple quizzes to complex scenarios to work through. All of it written to be specific to your situation. We are also available to your staff when they need us. We can discuss a problem at length over the phone or respond via email.
