She's also a lecturer at Cranfield School of Management and Kingston Business School and an expert speaker for the government's Help to Grow program.
Olivia Gadd MBA

Olivia is an accomplished Non-exec Director, Trustee, Business and Strategy Consultant, and Executive Coach. With global experience in professional services, B2B, design, and marketing.

Olivia has a passion for innovation and rapid growth. With an MBA, accredited PR practitioner, marketing diploma/chartered, and qualified executive coach, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge to every engagement.

Richard Keogh
Accredited coach and trainer

Richard is a seasoned business leader with a distinguished record of success in senior roles such as Managing Director and Commercial Director within national and multinational companies. His expertise spans multiple industries, where he has consistently driven business growth and innovation.

Currently, Richard lectures at Kingston University Business School, mentoring both MBA students and undergraduates in business management programmes. He also works closely with business owners, offering coaching and mentoring to help them navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

Simon Hassell MBA
Simon brings 30 years of commercial experience within the Publishing and Media sectors, working with organisations from small and family owned to global businesses. He gained his MBA at Ashridge (now Hult) with a focus on Strategy and Leadership.
He has strong project leadership skills and experience, often focussed around data, subscriptions and migrations. Simon’s recent engagements include a publishing outsourcing project for a global institution, the migration of subscription and payment data for a British b2b media business and interim work as a Digital director for an SME.
Andy Harmer
Andy is an experienced Organisation Development Consultant and Executive Coach, with global experience of facilitating executive teams around their effectiveness, leader & leadership development, organisation analysis & culture change.
His tradition is experiential learning & he brings depth, pace, challenge & engagement into his work. He's also a lecturer at Cranfield School of Management.
