Melanie Roberts, MBA (Tech Mngt) C.M.B.E, FHEA, PGCLT

Founder and CEO

Melanie is an experienced Management Trainer and Visiting Lecturer in Strategy and Leadership, working with organisations from ambitious SMEs to major brands such such as the BBC, Dentsu and The stage to sharpen commercial strategy and accelerate sustainable growth. Mel is an expert contributor on Operational Excellence for the government backed Help to Grow programme.

Accredited master coach, team coach and facilitator

Olivia is a highly experienced executive coach with a background of 30+ years as a senior executive, non-exec, trustee and consultant. She creates a space for thinking, reflection and development in one-to-one, group and team settings. She brings support and challenge to conversations aimed at enabling people to identify practical and sustainable outcomes.
